Chamonix is near three major airports including Geneva, 88km away, Lyon, 220km away and Haute-Savoie Mont Blanc, 90km away. There are regular rail and bus connections to Chamonix.
There is a large variety of accommodation options in Chamonix catering to all tastes and budgets.
Hire a car in Geneva or Lyon. Chains are essential so be sure to hire them also.
